Our worries we can put behind us

Marathon Result

Just to inform the team that in spite of intensive training the Habitat Team that won the team marathon was not in fact ours. Pictures of some of our elite athletes can be viewed by clicking on link on the right of the screen.
Our Habitat team completed the marathon without major incident in 4h 05m 56s - coming in 754th out of 1626 teams. Would have done better except Stevie stopped to give a TV interview (not sure if he arranged a fee first) and Gavin's Dad got lost meaning Stevie had to wait 10 mins to hand over the baton. Johnny's cunning plan to run the last (easiest) leg was scuppered when he had to run down the Ravenhill Road in wind and torrential rain.
